Longer Prevails The one time hallowed halls of justice no longer protects the weak and innocent nor does it any longer deserve the sacred reverence it once had earned. As I write on this intolerable subject of legal extortion and lawsuits encouraged by con artists masquerading as attorneys, I see no emerging hope that this growing epidemic will subside in the near future. As Greg Hick of the Powers-of-Attorney.com fame most eloquently put it: "Nowadays in America, we seem to be operating under a new golden rule where we sue unto others before they have the chance to sue onto us." This is a strategic game like no other game. If you know that someone has some assets, pick any reason in the world to sue and you're practically assured some money. All that is left is to approach a man of ill-reproach and now you become the tag team match of "legal extortioners." Folks, we are witnessing judicial warfare. Where Has All the Justice Gone? There is no shame nor conscientious acts in the courtroom any longer. And I will say that one (me) who has family that are prominent attorneys and working side by side with many others, my contempt at this industry is well founded and justified. As a law abiding citizen, I see the overall corruption not only by litigation attorneys that sue on the belief that everyone has been wronged thus they deserve compensation. But the stench that reaches far up the ladder of judgment by judges, politicians and lest we not forget, the bleeding-heart juries who award ridiculous settlements on a daily basis. A Life Changing Epiphany Most would say I am an extreme pessimist. And they might be right if it not for the simple fact that working with such people taught me valuable financial lessons. And that is? Judges can only take away from you what they can find. Case closed. Court adjourned. What an epiphany indeed. If they cannot find it and if you can legally and notice the key word here is "legally" show that you are poor on paper, you will save all your assets from the would be thieves. This simple but impenetrable strategic entity is becoming well known throughout the United States. Dare I say its a beacon of light in a darkened filled world of injustice. Asset Protection: Motion Sustained The solution? Legal Bulletproof Asset and Lawsuit Protection. You need it now. You can no longer do without it. It is your U.S. constitutional right to have it. Our first U.S. president, General George Washington said: "They have no right to put their hands in my pockets." Putting direct interpretation aside, these words are true. Protect all your business and personal assets from those who would financially rape you and yours. Time is of the essence. You have to have this in place BEFORE any legal issue arises as the laws state. So remember, if you wait for your day in court, you may find that justice no longer prevails for your side. The real threat of loss to your assets and any remaining dignity is something no person should ever experience. I exhort you to take decisive action now.
