| Guilty Until
Proven Innocent I am simply outraged. Lady justice is anything but blind. Our complicated judicial system, led by unscrupulous lawyers, seems to invite the onslaught of frivolous lawsuits in our society. Whether its wrongfully being accused of sending spam to fondling your co-worker or friend to being investigated by some government agency, your business and personal assets are at dire risk. And what makes matters worse, your bank accounts can be frozen at any moment's notice. You could find yourself in just such a situation. Could it get any worse? Absolutely. Besides the unimagineable stress you will be put through and your dignity shredded to pieces, most people who face these types of charges are never, ever charged with a crime. Can you imagine being treated like a criminal and yet, never being actually charged with a crime? This happens everyday to people like you and me. Guilty... Until Proven Innocent. All this happens before your day in court; before the gavel crashes. I'll See You In Court And to make matters even worse, if you try to fight a lawsuit, you may actually spend more on legal fees than what you are being sued for. Imagine that. Do you see why most people even when innocent still would rather settle out of court than fight and prolong the inevitable? Don't kid yourself. Does insurance guarantee your protection? Not any more. Your liability insurance probably has a high out of pocket deductible. The coverage may also be inadequate. When all is said and done, insurance may help give you temporary peace of mind. But it is definitely not the remedy or cure-all. Never before in history has your chances of losing your home, cars, retirement accounts, stocks, business, cash... whatever assets you may have to a government agency or to a "legal extortioner" been greater. This Will Never Happen to ME I don't even want to hear that it won't happen to you. I've heard that from hundreds of "innocent" people as they were forced to move out of their homes, lost their entire savings and had to find bail money. With financial privacy at its all time low and lawsuits won on who has the best attorney; not right or wrong... is it any wonder why most people have strong negative feelings against most lawyers, judges and politicians. Are you a little scared? Good because you should be which means I've done my job in warning you. Are there solutions to this growing problem? First, you need to ask yourself... Is it really wise to remain financially naked? Ignorance of the law is really stupidity in disguise. So, what you urgently need in order to protect your assets are legal preventative strategies. Yes, you need to talk to a competent attorney that specializes in asset protection. Time is running out. Your innocence and your life savings may ultimately depend on it.
